She formed from an incident involving nacho cheese Fortunately this origin means Cheese's cold tolerance is higher than normal for slimes (cold can still make her freeze solid, but not as quickly). She also has fire powers outright, though they are rather weak unless Cheese has eaten something spicy lately.

She is also the source for most slimes in her world that are based on dairy products, owing to an accident involving a clone named Bianca.
